Can I use it outdoors or in a hot car?
We recommend using the Cool Flash Pad indoor in a cool, dry environment. While it's designed to work on all types of surfaces, the pad is NOT recommended for use in direct sunlight or hot air, as the technology works by absorbing heat from the highest heat source.
This product is pressure-activated and works best indoors or in shaded, temperature-controlled environments. It will not cool effectively if it has been exposed to direct sunlight, a hot car, or any warm environment. The pad will absorb the heat around it, making it ineffective until cooled down.
Is it safe for people with allergies or sensitive skin?
Yes. The gel is non-toxic and water-based, free from latex, BPA, and common allergens. The outer shell is PVC-free. If you have specific medical concerns, consult your physician before use.
